Trumps Tax Plan Speech Is Quite Good, Believe M

While watching the start of the speech from President Trump I Couldn't help but notice the English language crimes Orwell mentioned in his works decades ago. But more on that in a second, as soon as Trump came on he had some cheesy "America is Great" music playing as he walked on as if he was some sort of American savior or something of that sort, what a joke. Anyways, within the first two minutes of the speech Trump said a myriad of different vague phrases that had connatitive meanings and no concrete meaning. For example, "I told you we would be saying merry Christmas again, right? And it's great to be back in Missouri, sign of a lot of good things because you are doing really well..." and the crowd on to cheer for who knows why. That whole sentence said nothing at all it was just some phrases stuck together to sound positive, exactly like Orwell described. In addition, it was in political speech, which was exactly where Orwell said these English language crimes are found most. I'm sure if I could bring myself to watch another minute of our lousy president talk I would have another example, but I'd rather not put myself through that. But if you want to go right ahead, Here Is the link to the speech and transcript.
